Conduct your Market Research and prepare a brief document (2-3 pages) that summarizes your findings. Specifically the document should include:
- a description, numbers of your target market, and your geographic focus
- market demands and market share
- identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges
- service and/or product pricing
- distribution channels, including how you will position your product/services

Develop a first draft of a marketing plan and write out some ideas for promotional materials. Please use the Marketing Plan Outline (.doc) as a guide for preparing your Marketing Plan.
